Join me for a six-day yoga retreat this November at Healing Garden in south Tenerife. It’s a great time to step out of cold, grey European weather and spend a few days in warmth, nature, and dedicated practice.

The venue is peaceful and surrounded by natural beauty, just a short drive from the Atlantic Ocean. Each day includes movement, breathwork, and time to rest or connect with others. The retreat is open to all levels, and the focus is on creating an inclusive, friendly space where everyone feels welcome.

Whether you come alone or with someone, this is a chance to reset, build your practice, and meet like-minded people.

The Venue – Healing Garden

Healing Garden is an eco-retreat space in the south of Tenerife. It’s quiet, welcoming, and surrounded by greenery, with indoor and outdoor practice areas, a swimming pool, and comfortable accommodation. The ocean is nearby, and the area stays warm and sunny through the winter months.

Includes accommodation, vegetarian Ayurvedic meals, and all classes/workshops.
Flights and transfers not included. It’s advisable to bring your own yoga mat.


Travel Info

  • Fly to Tenerife South Airport (TFS) – 30 minutes from the venue
  • Tenerife North Airport (TFN) is also an option (1.5 hours away)
  • Flights from London to TFS are currently £60-80
  • Group transfers can be arranged closer to the date

Yoga, Breath & Sound

Daily Yoga: Each morning we’ll begin with a dynamic Vinyasa yoga class, accessible to all levels and adapted to individual needs. In the evenings, we’ll slow down supporting deep rest and recovery. These sessions are a space to explore—Aleks’ sessions encourage a mindful exploration of movement, breath, and alignment, meeting you exactly where you are in your practice..

Evening Sound Baths: Each day will close with a sound bath, using crystal bowls and other instruments to guide you into deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and inner balance.

Workshops: Two afternoon workshops will be offered, shaped around the group’s interests—focusing on areas like inversions, hand balances, or backbends.

Who It’s For

This retreat is for anyone looking to practise yoga, rest, and enjoy a few days of sun and nature with a small group of people. You don’t need to be advanced—just open to moving, breathing, and being part of a shared experience.

About Aleksandar

Hi! I’m a yoga enthusiast who’s all about movement, breath, and adding a little soul to the practice. Yoga has helped me through life’s highs and lows, and I’m passionate about sharing that with others.

I’ve completed over 600 hours of training in Mysore, India, and London, focusing on Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, and Hatha. Alongside yoga, I’m a certified sound healer and love guiding sound bath sessions to help you relax and reset.

A little about me: I’m 6’3” tall and used to be scared of inversions — now I help others face their challenges, whether that’s a headstand or simply finding calm in stillness. After living in eight countries and spending five years in Asia, I’m now based in London but travel remains a big part of my life.

In class, I create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable to explore and grow. My sessions are accessible but engaging, with plenty of fun and playfulness — because yoga doesn’t have to be serious all the time! Expect yoga, pranayama, meditation — and yes, a few cheesy jokes (laughing is optional but encouraged!).

Practice & Sound Healing

  • Daily Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and restorative/Yin Yoga classes: Embark on the Primary Series and maybe even Intermediate Ashtanga Series, with modifications for all levels—from newcomers to seasoned yogis. Also explore the amazing flow of Vinyasa yoga, work on the poses you always dreamed of unlocking and enjoy slower restorative practices too. Aleks’ sessions encourage a mindful exploration of movement, breath, and alignment, meeting you exactly where you are in your practice.
  • Evening Sound Baths: Close each day with a relaxing sound bath fostering profound relaxation, renewal, and energetic balance.
  • Workshops: according to participants needs and expectations we will have one or two workshop as well – inversions, hand balances, back bends etc.

Your Seaside Haven

  • Private Beach Access: Unwind on a secluded beach just steps from the villa, featuring a shaded deck with sunbeds and seating for relaxation by the shore.
  • Yoga Studio: Practice in a spacious, fully equipped studio with views of both the garden and sea, fitted with all the props.
  • Comfortable Accommodations: With a range of comfortable room options, the villa offers cozy spaces for everyone, including:
  • The place is close to the city of Lerapetra – 7 minutes driving, and all amenities.
  • Nearest airport is Heraklion and there are EasyJet flights from London (Gatwick) to Heraklion. You can also fly to Chania airport on the other side of the island, in case you are planning to arrive before the retreat starts to spend some time before/after the dates and explore beautiful Crete.

Nourishment & Relaxation

  • Delicious Cuisine: Savor local, nourishing vegetarian meals prepared by our private chef, with options to accommodate dietary preferences. Fruits, snacks, cakes and tea/coffee throughout the day, and a substantial lunch and dinner.
  • Greek Sauna: Enjoy an on-site sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach walks and yoga practice.
  • Beach: The villa has its private wooden deck on the water and the beach just a few mins walk away.

  • Early Registration Discounts: Secure your place early for special super early bird discount of 15% until the end of September (or first 8 bookings) and 10% discount until the end of October 2025 (up to 10 bookings). Spaces are limited to create an intimate, community-centered experience.
  • Pricing: Options start at £880 per person, including accommodation, daily yoga classes, sound baths, meals and snacks/drinks, trip.

Single Bed in Shared Room – £880 per person
▸ For solo travellers happy to share a room with others (single beds).

Double Bed in Shared Room
▸ £900 per person (shared bed)
▸ £970 (solo occupancy of the bed in a shared room)
▸ For couples or close friends sharing a bed, or solo guests wanting more comfort while still sharing the room.

Private Twin/Double Room – £1040 per person or £1250 (solo occupancy)
▸ Private room with two single beds that can be joined to form a double.
▸ Suitable for friends or couples wanting privacy.

Payment options:

Deposit is required to book your spot and the remainder is due on the 1st of January 2026.

From 1st of January 2026, only the full 100% payment is accepted.

Refunds: In case of cancellation, 50% refund until the end of December 2025. No refunds thereafter/case-by-case basis.
